In the summer of 2018, Brizlincote Nature Walk was created. The 4.5 mile route runs through Brizlincote’s grassy fields, orchards, and woodland paths.
It was a three-way initiative between Brizlincote Parish Council, East Staffordshire Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council and it is hoped that it will be enjoyed by our residents, as well as by local schools and other community groups.
The route has been reflected on a map, which can be downloaded and printed.
The route includes six information boards, each with all the key information about the trail itself and the surrounding wildlife. The boards include activities; see if you are able to spot mammals and birds, including kestrels, buzzards and even peregrine falcons and red kites. The aim was to make the walk an enjoyable experience for everyone.
