Will Topliss
I was born in Burton upon Trent and grew up in Newhall. I have lived in Burton upon Trent for over 10 years and currently live in the parish with my family. I began my career locally as an engineering apprentice at the Molson Coors brewery before moving into the defence sector. I am also currently completing a part-time engineering degree with the Open University.
Alongside my professional work, I volunteer within the engineering profession as Chair of the UK Communities Finance Committee at the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
I am particularly interested in supporting the responsible management of parish assets, improving local spaces for residents, and ensuring that decisions taken by the council reflect the needs of the community.”
