  2. Declaration of acceptance of office. To receive the Chairman’s declaration of acceptance of office
  3. Apologies for absence: To accept apologies for absence and record reasons absent
  4. Election of Vice Chairman – To elect the Vice Chairman
  5. Declaration of acceptance of office – To receive the Vice Chairman’s declaration of acceptance of office
  6. Adoption of general power of competence

That the parish council, having met the conditions of eligibility as defined in the Localism Act 2011 adopts the general power of competence

  2. Declarations of interest and dispensaton requests from members
  3. Minutes for approval – To approve minutes of the previous meeting, 29th April, 2021
  4. Working groups – To appoint working groups and agree terms of reference
  5. Appointment of representatives – To appoint representatives of outside bodies and arrangements for reporting back
  6. Meeting calendar – To agree meeting calendar up to April 2022
  7. Policies/practice review – To agree policies for reviewing/annual register of interest completions
  8. Receive internal audit report
  9. Consider certificate of exemption 2020-21 or full audit
  10. Approve annual governance statement for 2020-21
  11. Approve end of year Accounting statements for 2020-21
  12. Street furniture

To consider potential purchase and placement of 2-4 benches and potentially waste bins within the parish

          To consider potential purchase and placement of pocket library

  1. Family experience nature walk
  • Proposal to spend up to £2.4K on interpretation boards
  • Proposal to spend up to £1.6K for rubbing posts, lettering, delivery and installation
  • Proposal to spend up to £800 on animal habitat/tree labelling

  • To identify how the parish council wishes to engage with Ryder House
